The Friends of Four Hands will present a unique and unusual mix of different types and styles of music - Chopin (Nocturne), Faure (Romance) and a Roger Williams piano tribute (Autumn Leaves and others), Verdi and Menotti arias and Broadway hits, music for trombone and for the koto (Japanese string instrument), movie music and kundiman (Filipino art song), piano solos and duets. Where else can you listen to such variety in the same program?
Performing are solo and duet pianists Roy Coloma & Soonghee Ha, Katy Holleran & Eileen Ozar, soprano Laura Petrak, baritone Albert Catalan, bugs Beddow on the trombone, and Katy Holleran on the koto. MUSIC - Food for the Soul!
